OUR POLICIES + PROCEDURES​

You're appointments are very important to us here at Neon Heart Salon, they are reserved specifically for you! Though we understand, things happen, schedules change, and adjustments are sometimes unavoidable, we respectfully request at least forty-eight (48) hours for notices of cancellations and rescheduling. Please understand that when you miss or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, our artists miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive experiences. Our appointments are confirmed at least 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you reserved months ago.

Non-Refundable Deposits

Neon Heart reserves the right to collect a non-refundable deposit to reserve an appointment for any new and/or returning guest. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your future appointment. If for any reason your appointment is missed or you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment within the 48 hour cancellation window, the deposit will not be refunded and another, non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your next appointment. A valid credit card must be saved on file for all Neon Heart guests to reserve appointments.

Cancellations + Missed Appointments

At Neon Heart, our time is our livelihood. With that being said, we respectfully request forty-eight (48) hours notice for any changes to appointments. Late cancellations or late notices of rescheduling may result in a 50% charge of the reserved time. A fee of up to 100% of the reserved time may be applied to missed appointments.

Same Day Appointments

For guests reserving same day appointments, we respectfully request that you give us two (2) hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Late cancellations or late notices of rescheduling may result in a 50% charge of the reserved time.

Late Arrivals

At Neon Heart, our goal is to service you at your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy, appointments are given a 15 minute grace period to begin. Beyond that grace period, we cannot guarantee that your experience can be accommodated, however, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you anticipate a late arrival we ask that you please call the salon in advance so that we may modify your appointment time and notify your artist.

As fellow humans, sometimes we also run behind schedule. If we anticipate your artist is running behind, we will do our best to notify you in a timely manor so that you may plan your visit accordingly.

Revisions + Quick - Fix's

At Neon Heart we guarantee each and every one of our custom experiences, they are tailored and designed specifically for you! Though we understand how frustrating it can be when an experience doesn’t turn out the way we expect, most of the time they just need to be fine-tuned, revised or simply quick- fixed. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we ask that you consult with your artist and/or Neon Heart management so that we may, together, find a solution.

Revisions and quick-fixes will only be honored as complimentary if Neon Heart is contacted within seven (7) days of the original experience. The guest must return to Neon Heart within ten (10) days of the original experience to have the revision/ quick-fix provided free of charge. Any experience provided outside of the following ten (10) days of the original experience is considered a new experience and will be expected to be paid in full by the guest. Please note, we cannot honor a revision / quick - fix service as complimentary if you have altered and/or adjusted the color, cut, tone etc. at home with anything outside of what your artist recommends.

Exchanges + Refunds on Retail

If you are unsatisfied with your product purchase, in-store credit is available fourteen (14) days after the original purchase. Brushes, accessories, hot tools, apparel, hair extensions, supplements, Ghost and sale items are final sale.

Children Policy

We love kids and know how fun a first haircut or a pop of fun color can be! But, because our salon is a professional environment where women and men come to relax and unwind, we ask that children under the age of 10 be left at home unless they, themselves, are receiving a service. Thank you for your understanding.

Extension Policy

Neon Heart does not offer refunds on any extension hair, experiences or deposits. Extension hair is sold solely with an extension experience meaning extension hair is property of Neon Heart Salon, even after it has been worn.

Complimentary Beverage Policy

At Neon Heart we pride ourselves in going above and beyond to make sure your experience is next level. This means that we offer complimentary alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to each and every one of our guests! (Alcoholic beverages for those 21 years of age and older.) Guests are allowed one (1) serving of wine or beer OR one (1) Signature Cocktail. Guests may also receive one (1) nonalcoholic beverage per experience as well as all you can drink water.

Confirmation Texts and Emails

As a courtesy to you, we will text, call and/or email you to confirm your reserved appointments prior to your appointment date and time. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and to avoid the cancellation fee. If, for some reason, you cannot remember your upcoming appointment time or you are not receiving the automated appointment reminders, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Guests Receive Discounts When Salon Cancels

Neon Heart stands by our policies so we feel that it is only fair that we honor a cancellation policy for our guests, if for any reason the salon or artist has to cancel on a guest less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor 10% off your next experience . But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as; power outage, illness, weather, unfortunate incidence, etc. that requires the entire salon to be closed during regular business hours, we will gladly reschedule your appointment, the discount will not apply.

Smoking, Vaping + Drug Use

Neon Heart reserves the right to deny and/ or terminate your appointments/ experiences at any point in time if we suspect you are vaping, smoking, using, purchasing and/or distributing drugs, and/or abusing our beverage policy on, or near salon property. Guests who choose to smoke/ vape will not be allowed to leave the premises while an experience is in progress, this includes but is not limited to chemical processing time.
